Business hours and the number of days worked per week vary from Consulate to Consulate. Also some Consulates only accept Visa Application Packs in the morning, and only issue visas in the afternoon. Please contact your local Russian Consulate for details.

Will Alpha-Omega collect my visa for me? |

Yes, we can, but only in London, Edinburgh [ UK ], Washington DC [ USA ] and Helsinki (Finland). For a small additional fee the Alpha-Omega Visa Collection Service will check your Visa Collection Pack, save you the time and trouble of standing in line and will collect your visa on the day you want it. |

Can I go to the Consulate myself? |
| |
Yes, you can, but Consulates are often very busy. Queues can form very early in the morning, a separate one for collection agents and another for individual applicants. Agents are usually admitted to the Consulate first, before individual applicants, who sometimes fail to gain admission on the day they want. |

Is there any other way to submit my Visa Collection Pack? |

Some Consulates will accept Collection Packs by mail or courier and return them in the same way. Please contact your local Russian Consulate for details, and remember that this will add extra days to your visa processing time. |
